CLEARANCE (SCREENING) REQUIREMENT

*Five (5) Copies of recent Passport Photograph

*Two (2) Copies of Correctly completed Online Application Form 

*Photocopy of Receipt of Acceptance of HND/ND Admission 

*Photocopy of Examination Results (SSCE/ND or their equivalents)  listed in the Online Application Form 

*Letter of Completion of a Minimum of One 1 year Industrial Training 

*Photocopy of Certificate of Local Government Area of Origin 

*Photocopy of Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age

*Photocopy of JAMB Admission Letter/Result into the ND program
